This was one of the best if not the best experiences that I have had in dealing with a mechanic auto repair shop. I had been searching for a couple of weeks for an auto repair business due to the type of work that I was looking to have done. I had suspension issues, something that I have never attempted to work on myself and needed to find a repair shop other than the dealer to have my vehicle looked at. They test drove my car, told me exactly what the problem was, explained to me what to expect before and after the suspension is repaired, and gave me an estimate all within a 15 - 20 minute time frame. I did not want to go back with original suspension parts and was looking to upgrade and was given the option that allowed me to buy the parts online myself. When I first visited C&R Autowerx they looked really busy and I expected not to have my car back for at least 3 to 4 days and was shocked to know that my car was ready the very next day.
