This was one of the best if not the best experiences that I have had in dealing with a mechanic auto repair shop. I had been searching for a couple of weeks for an auto repair business due to the type of work that I was looking to have done. I had suspension issues, something that I have never attempted to work on myself and needed to find a repair shop other than the dealer to have my vehicle looked at. They test drove my car, told me exactly what the problem was, explained to me what to expect before and after the suspension is repaired, and gave me an estimate all within a 15 - 20 minute time frame. I did not want to go back with original suspension parts and was looking to upgrade and was given the option that allowed me to buy the parts online myself. When I first visited C&R Autowerx they looked really busy and I expected not to have my car back for at least 3 to 4 days and was shocked to know that my car was ready the very next day. Good Job Guys and thank you very much. Super satisfied customer here.

I was trying to get back to Houston and it was 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Feb 9th, my check engine light came on. I had called another repair shop to see if they could take a look at my car, and he said no, it was too late in the day and I wouldn't find anyone to check my car. I was on my phone, and found the number for C&R Autowerx, and called them. The guy answering the phone said sure come on in and he could put it on the computer and check to see why the check engine light was on. After checking the computer, he raised the hood and said, "I see the issue" it was within 10 secs of him opening the hood, he could see the wiring for the spark plug had been chewed through by a rodent. He called his boss and told him the issue and his boss was headed back to the shop and would see what he could do as soon as he got back. The owner arrived and within 10 minutes told me he had the new part that needed to be replaced and he could splice it into the old wiring. By 4:30 p.m., my car was fixed and I was headed to Houston. This was a 10-star experience for me. Thanks to C&R Autowerx!!
